Vizor Software, the world leader in supervisory software for central banks and financial regulators, today announced that Central Banking has honoured the company with the ‘Technology Consultant of the Year 2018’ award.
The annual Central Banking awards recognise outstanding performance by individuals and organisations within the central banking community and are judged by a distinguished panel comprised of former senior central bankers from around the world, as well as the Central Banking Editorial Team and Editorial Advisory Board.
“Vizor has made great strides in taking its market-leading supervisory technology to central banks in developing countries such as Zambia and Brunei, large emerging markets such as Saudi Arabia, as well as with developed financial regulators, such as those in the UK and Canada.” Commented Christopher Jeffery, Chairman of the Central Banking Awards Committee and Editor-in-Chief of Central Banking.
The ‘Technology Consultant of the Year’ is awarded to the provider whose technology has made a substantial improvement in the operations of central banks. System suitability, ease of implementation, customisation and calibration, and after-sales services were important considerations for the judges.
“We are honoured to be recognised by Central Banking again this year,” commented Ross Kelly, Executive Chairman of Vizor Software. “The award recognises not only our technology but also our team’s domain expertise, enhanced from working with financial regulators across 25 countries. It is this combination of proven product and experience that has secured the real benefits for our central bank customers.”
The award will be officially presented to Vizor Software at the annual Central Banking Awards Gala to be held March 1st in London at Gibson Hall.
A complete list of the 2018 Central Banking Award winners is published on the centralbanking.com website and in Central Banking Magazine.
